Why you entered our industry/What is your why?

Two surgeries, nerve damage, ligament damage and an ankle full of screws and plates led me to undertake physical rehabilitation in a gym in order to regain movement, balance and strength. The result? A complete career pivot. I qualified as a Personal Trainer, left the corporate world and started my own business. I felt better, became stronger, and more active and didn’t want to spend the remainder of my career desk-bound and tied to a computer. I enjoy training beginners, older clients and those fearful of starting their health journey.  

 
Hobbies:

Walking my dog, van life, and learning new things. Currently studying algebra.

Last meal:

Recently diagnosed as a Type 1 diabetic I am mostly playing with my ice cream maker creating non-sugar and high-protein ice creams!
