Why did you enter the industry: As a teenager, in addition to balancing my academic, sporting and music interests, I struggled with body image and weight concerns. These concerns impacted my exercise and nutrition patterns to the point where they weren’t sustainable for performance, and my health and wellbeing. Seeking support from experts in the health, exercise and nutrition spaces allowed me to find a balance between movement, mind, body and food. My experiences have inspired me to help individuals find their balance in order to live a happy and healthy life.
Hobbies: Cooking, sharing meals with friends and family, craft , participating in community sports (e.g. netball/ water polo) and trying new outdoor activities whether it be going on a hike, spearfishing or training for a triathlon.
Last meal: Jook aka Cantonese style savoury rice porridge/soup. Every winter my Dad makes a big batch that I have had to learn to share with my siblings - maybe I just need to learn how to make my own hahaha
