Hi my name is Amy, I’m a proud Mum, Wife and Fitness Professional

My journey into this industry started as a Professional Dancer, within Australia and abroad. With my classically trained background and a career in musical theatre, I found a love for fitness and well being bringing me to my career path today. I have always been passionate when it comes to the connection between the mind and body and consider myself much more than just your trainer. Fitness is not about just losing weight, it is about finding something that you enjoy doing and being happy on the inside, which will then resonate on the outside.

I’ve always been particularly interested in women’s health and most importantly pre/post natal. After giving birth to our beautiful daughter, I learnt first hand the importance of pelvic floor safe training and how the affects can impact the rest of your life. You only have one body so we must look after it.

I am a lover of good food and feeding the body in the right way. I do believe that food that is healthy can taste amazing and its just a matter of changing your mind set and finding the right fit for you. Cooking and exercising should never be boring!!!

"I woke up on my 40th Birthday & received a voucher to train with Sean off "House Rules". I desperately wanted to get fit, lose weight & be a good role model for my recently born son. With a hectic work schedule & family commitments, I could not find the time or motivation to achieve my goal. So I went to my first training session, concerned bout embarrassing myself, not being able to complete the exercises & dreading the GI Joe trainer barking at me. I was wrong on all counts. from the moment I arrived, it was like hanging out with a mate.
