Tailored exercise programs and instruction to ensure you hit your goals. A mixture of cardiovascular and strength training in the privacy of our studio. Programs can be designed to the specific time period 30, 45 or 60 minutes.

One on One session where programs are tailored to meet your specific needs.

Sessions range in duration from 30 to 60 minutes.

 

“I started training with Amy & Sean in 2013, with the motivation to get fit for our wedding and fit into my dress in April 2014. I was always so tired & sluggish & couldnt get through the day without copious amounts of caffeine & just felt awful in my clothes! After my first session I thought I was going to die, but with the help of some encouraging words instead of the old self never returning, I was determined to get fit for the wedding.

 I then began to enjoy exercise! I had fun, looked forward to getting up at 5am & was disappointed if it was ever too wet and cancelled! Now, two months after the wedding, where I felt the most amazing I ever have, looked fantastic & had so many compliments on how fit I look, I am still enjoying training! Amy and Sean's positive attitude is contagious & I can't thank them enough for what they have helped me achieve. They have also inspired me to achieve my new goal of attaining my own PT qualifications & inspiring other people."
